Eligibility for Australia Awards Pacific Scholarship 2019
Vanuatu, Fiji, New Caledonia, Samoa, Papua New Guinea students are being offered Australian Awards Pacific Scholarship. Only applicants of case managers or DFAT agents, managing directors and contractors all these applicants must understand the purpose of Australian Pacific scholarship and must abide by the responsibilities and roles.
Application inquiries for Pacific Australian scholarships could be forwarded to related Diplomatic Mission Australian office of that particular country. All academic and other career awards sum-up in building competent merit criteria for selection of candidate as Australian Pacific Awards Scholarship winner. All these Pacific Australian Scholarships will be awarded equally to men and women so to abide by the department’s gender policies.
Candidate for Australian Awards Pacific scholarship for higher studies must belong from participating country to be eligible for this awards. He must not be a permanent resident of Australia while applying for Australian Awards Pacific Scholarships. The candidate of Pacific Australian Scholarship must not hold any other scholarship at the moment

I am one of those that never stop seeking further study opportunities and after keep searching possible scholarship links, I end up discovering this sight. I reckon that among the participation countries, Kiribati is not included probably because she is included in other Australian Scholarships.
I therefore wish to ask if it applications are restricted as per the enlisted participation countries.
