2.1 Language Exemptions

1. International Student Entrance Scholarships
- Qualifications: The scholarship is open for international students who are accepted to the first year of a full-time undergraduate degree program. The applicant must have obtained a minimum of 90% admission average.

2. President's Scholarships of Distinction
- Qualifications: The applicant must have obtained an average of 95% and above for an early May admission. The scholarship is open to students who are accepted at Waterloo for full-time first-year degree studies and starting with post-secondary studies in September for the first time.

- Qualifications: The applicant must have obtained an average of 90% to 94.9% for early May admission. Available to students admitted to full-time first-year degree studies at Waterloo and starting college in September for the first time.
