Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme for International Students is awarding an annual stipend of HK $309,600 which converts to approximately US $39,700. Not just that, but the fellowship is also awarding a conference and research-related travel allowance of HK $12,900 (US $1,700) per year for a period of three years. Furthermore, a total of 250 PhD fellowships are going to be awarded in the 2020/21 academic year.
