The International Water Center has announced that it is now accepting applications from students who are interested in master’s scholarship programs. The Masters of Integrated Water Management (MIWM) is one of the world’s only programs that want to change the way people approach water management and it does that by combining social, ecological, engineering and economic dimensions to address issues related to water pollution and coming up with new innovative ideas for complex sustainable development changes with water being at the core.
“We believe that skilled water leaders are critical to addressing complex water challenges across the world. As such, the IWC will grant an IWC Master’s Scholarship (partial tuition scholarship) to all international applicants who apply, are accepted into, and enroll in the Master of Integrated Water Management program as self-funded, full-time student,” said the International Water Center.
Griffith University
The scholarships program is enrolled through Griffith University and all lectures offered by the International Water Centre will take place at Griffith’s Nathan Campus. In addition, the four founding member universities (Griffith University, University of Queensland, Monash University and the University of Western Australia) will offer private consulting to successful applicants.
