We have some great news to share with international students who are interested in Masters and Ph.D. scholarships. The Scholarship Department of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung Foundation is providing outstanding students with the chance to study in Germany.

The scholarship program provides students with financial help such as covering the tuition fee and a living grant that helps students keep themselves focused on getting their degrees.

The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung’s Scholarship Department offers scholars a wide range of support, consisting of political education events and summer schools, workshops conducted both domestically as well as abroad, symposia, and educational trips.

That’s not all. The Scholarship Department also organizes practical training in fields such as rhetoric, conflict management, and other key skills, time management and self-management, bolstering academic qualifications, text and writing workshops, and specific seminars on methodology.

Criteria:

The Scholarship Department awards grants to foreign students (MA only) and Ph.D. students who are temporarily residing in Germany for study or research purposes. Here is the full list of requirements:

  • German language proficiency (B2 level or above)
  • MA Students must be enrolled at a state or state-recognized German university
  • Ph.D. students must be accepted at a German university

We also want to mention that applicants for the MA and Doctoral Studies that come from Egypt, Libya, Lebanon, Tunisia, Yemen, Jordan, Morocco, and Iraq can be graduate students pursuing their MA, Diploma or State Examination in Germany or doctoral students pursuing a Ph.D. or doctoral research in Germany.
