University of Pennsylvania $53,000 CSERI Fellowships

Introduction.

We have some amazing news to share with students who are planning to study in the USA. The Penn Center for the Study of Ethnicity, Race, and Immigration (CSERI) is now accepting applications for a one-year postdoctoral research fellowship in social science. The fellowship also provides outstanding students with the option to renew for a second year.

CSERI is supported and funded by the University of Pennsylvania and the School of Arts and Sciences. The most significant benefit of joining the fellowship is that students the chance to attend CSERI’s workshops that are initiated by the Center’s Faculty Advisory Council and affiliates. University of Pennsylvania CSERI Fellowships in the Social Sciences

Criteria:

  • Applications are welcome from scholars who have received their Ph.D. or equivalent degrees in the social sciences in the last two years (not earlier than 2019), or who expect to complete their degree by July 2021.
  • Skills with statistical analysis, qualitative software, GIS, experimental, and other approaches are desirable, but not necessary.
  • Applications from women, minorities, and underrepresented communities are encouraged.
  • Regions: open for all.
